Founded in 2002 by Er. Dilip S. Zade, Search Foundation is a dedicated non-governmental organization (NGO) committed to uplifting underprivileged communities across India, with a strong focus on rural and tribal regions. Guided by the principles of transparency, accountability, and inclusivity, the foundation aims to bring sustainable social change by addressing core issues affecting marginalized populations.
We work across diverse areas, including education, healthcare, women empowerment, skill development, and youth leadership. Our educational initiatives provide free schooling, shelter, and meals to children from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, ensuring they have equal access to quality education. In healthcare, we conduct health awareness campaigns, sanitation drives, and offer affordable medical services to improve community well-being. Our women empowerment programs focus on providing vocational training and creating avenues for economic independence, while our skill development and entrepreneurship efforts prepare youth for sustainable livelihoods through vocational courses and leadership training.

Education Development
